• We welcome and receive the guests at the established time, regardless of whether communication with the guests was managed by the owner or by us.
• Check in/check out staff is multilingual.

  visual inspection of the property, checking for any damages

• Tourist-level property cleaning includes:
  cleaning of sanitary facilities, kitchen, rooms, floors and terraces
  welcoming and receiving the guests in accordance with the owner's requirements
  possibility of photo documentation of the property as prepared for the guests/span>
• washing the terrace with a high-pressure washer
  cleaning and assembling of garden furniture (summer kitchen, sunbeds, sunshades...) in accordance with the owner's requirements
  possibility of photo documentation of the terrace as prepared for the guests
• cleaning the pool and/or jacuzzi according to the owner's instructions, vacuuming, collecting leaves, washing the filters, checking the water quality, adding required chemicals to balance the pool water
  possibility of photo documentation of the swimming pool and/or jacuzzi as prepared for the guests
